Hilton Head Island in South Carolina is a resort town right across the border from Savannah, Georgia. With 9 miles of beach and a number of golf courses, Hilton Head is a great place for a relaxing family or couples vacation. Other outdoor activities include dolphin watching, kayaking, biking and tennis. In addition, Hilton Head has a variety of restaurants to choose from that will satisfy any tourist’s dining expectations. Many of the restaurants are heavy on seafood and southern style cooking. Alongside, adults will find some bars in the town to have drink and relax.
